1. Shipping & Tracking
Orders are packed Monday - Friday between 9am-2pm.
Any orders placed before 2pm weekday will be dispatched same day.
Once your order has been finalised you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please keep up to date with your tracking number provided as once your parcel leaves our warehouse, we are unable to track each individual order.
Domestic (AUS):
All domestic parcels are shipped with Australia Post.
Free Express Shipping on all orders over $149 AUD.
International shipping:
All international parcels are shipped with DHL Express.
Free Express International shipping on all orders over $250 AUD
For orders under $250 AUD shipping price may vary depending on the weight of the shipment and country destination.

2. Returns & Refunds
Product Purchases:
We will offer an exchange or refund on any item you've purchased from Browed within 14 days from the date you received your parcel.
All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging, and include all parts and accessories.
Please send us a message at orders@browed.com.au if you would like to organise a return.
Once your return is received and approved, we will send you an email and process a refund or store credit.
Refunds may only be processed to the payment method the original transaction was paid with.
The shipping costs associated with the return of an item are the responsibilities of the customer.
All shipping costs paid for your order are non-refundable. In the event you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Professional set for hair bleaching Perfect Bleach, BrowXenna®
Set contains:
- BrowXenna® PERFECT BLEACH bleaching powder, 20 g;
- BrowXenna® OXYGEN O2 Cream-activator 2.7%, 30 ml;
- measuring spoon.
PERFECT BLEACH bleaching powder delicately acts on hairs: it does not damage them and does not dry out.
Use for bleaching:
- unwanted dark hair on the face and body;
- natural eyebrows, the color of which is very different from the color of the hair. For example, bleached blondes;
- tinted eyebrows if the shade is too dark.
Benefits:
- quickly, safely and delicately bleaches the hair on the face and body;
- allows you to achieve intense hair bleaching by 4 tones;
- eliminates the unwanted appearance of a yellow tint after bleaching;
- does not create a feeling of skin tightness due to the moisturizing ingredients in the composition;
- suitable for home use.
How to use:
- Clean the bleaching area with water and let it dry.
- Mix BrowXenna® OXYGEN O2 Cream-activator 2.7% with the PERFECT BLEACH bleaching powder in ratio 1:1 in a non-metallic container. Stir until smooth and leave the mixture for 30 seconds for all components to fully interact.
- Apply the paste so that it completely covers the hair from roots to ends. Soak the cream for not more than 10 minutes: 7-8 minutes — on light hairs, 9-10 minutes — on dark hairs.
- Check the bleaching process every 2-3 minutes.
- Thoroughly rinse the bleaching mixture off hair and skin with plenty of water.
- Blot the hairs with a dry cloth.
- Tint the eyebrows with dye If necessary. For example, use BrowXenna® Oxygen O2 dye.
- Apply a moisturizing lotion or cream to your skin after bleaching your face and body hair
ATTENTION!
Before applying the cream, test for sensitivity of the skin to the components of the product. To do this, mix a small amount of the product and apply to a 1 cm2 area of skin on the inner surface of the hand. Wait 10 minutes and rinse off with cold water. If redness, irritation or inflammation appears within 24 hours, the product must not be used. If there are no signs, use PERFECT BLEACH as described in the instruction.
