Thuya Special Dye Solution is used to mix with Thuya Eyelash and Eyebrow Dye. It is a product of oxygenated water which neutralises the natural hair’s colour in order to modify it through an oxidation process.
Mix with Thuya Dye in equal portions (1:1 ratio).
