1. Shipping & Tracking
Orders are packed Monday - Friday between 9am-2pm.
Any orders placed before 2pm weekday will be dispatched same day.
Once your order has been finalised you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please keep up to date with your tracking number provided as once your parcel leaves our warehouse, we are unable to track each individual order.
Domestic (AUS):
All domestic parcels are shipped with Australia Post.
Free Express Shipping on all orders over $149 AUD.
International shipping:
All international parcels are shipped with DHL Express.
Free Express International shipping on all orders over $250 AUD
For orders under $250 AUD shipping price may vary depending on the weight of the shipment and country destination.

2. Returns & Refunds
Product Purchases:
We will offer an exchange or refund on any item you've purchased from Browed within 14 days from the date you received your parcel.
All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging, and include all parts and accessories.
Please send us a message at orders@browed.com.au if you would like to organise a return.
Once your return is received and approved, we will send you an email and process a refund or store credit.
Refunds may only be processed to the payment method the original transaction was paid with.
The shipping costs associated with the return of an item are the responsibilities of the customer.
All shipping costs paid for your order are non-refundable. In the event you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The white-soaked architectural thread is suitable for working on both light and dark skin tones. InLei® White Thread is made of bamboo fiber, which is very delicate on the skin. Furthermore, the thread is ultra-thin and rich in ink, allowing you to draw clear lines easily, without the need to press excessively.
Each portion of thread can draw over 10 lines before running out of ink. With one bottle you can perform approximately 70/95 treatments depending on the length of the thread used for each client and/or depending on your preference.
It is the best tool for designing with the brow shape with extreme precision in perfect harmony with the face.
The white color helps to obtain a very clean and defined mapping. It leaves no smudges and is absolutely not oily. It simplifies your work and ensures you obtain professional and hyper-precise results in just a few steps.
The glass packaging, elegant and resistant, ensures perfect preservation of the thread which remains properly soaked and does not dry out in the long run. Furthermore, this container perfectly blocks the pre-inked thread, helping you to always keep your work station clean.
