Where do you deliver to?
We ship Worldwide! :)
We will do our very best to see you get your order delivered as quickly as possible. Please make sure you provide us with a valid delivery address and contact phone number so we can contact you if there are any issues. All of our orders are shipped from our Melbourne Warehouse.
What do I do if I want to add another item to my order?
If you have just placed an order and you forgot to add in an item, please send us an email at manager@browed.com.au with your order number and let us know how you would like to adjust your order before we send it out.
All orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday will have the same day dispatch.
Please note once your order has been sent off, we can no longer change your order.
What happens if I enter the wrong address?
If you have made a mistake with your shipping address please send us an email to manager@browed.com.au with your order number as soon as possible so our team can fix it up on our end before we ship your parcel.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will have received a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can keep an eye on your parcel!
International orders:
Your order can be tracked with Australia Post until it reaches your country, where it will be handed to your country's designated carrier.
You will be able to track your parcel through the shipping providers website.

If your parcel has been shipped with Australia Post you will be able to track your order through your countries official post website.
It is important to keep your tracking number as once your parcel leaves our warehouse it is the responsibility of the recipient to keep up to date on the status of the parcel.

When can I pick-up my click & collect?
Our team will send you an email from orders@browed.com.au to notify that your order is ready for pick up.
We are open from 9:30am-4pm Monday - Friday.

MSDS are available on request for all professional products.
