1. Shipping & Tracking
Orders are packed Monday - Friday between 9am-2pm.
Any orders placed before 2pm weekday will be dispatched same day.
Once your order has been finalised you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please keep up to date with your tracking number provided as once your parcel leaves our warehouse, we are unable to track each individual order.
Domestic (AUS):
All domestic parcels are shipped with Australia Post.
Free Express Shipping on all orders over $149 AUD.
International shipping:
All international parcels are shipped with DHL Express.
Free Express International shipping on all orders over $250 AUD
For orders under $250 AUD shipping price may vary depending on the weight of the shipment and country destination.

2. Returns & Refunds
Product Purchases:
We will offer an exchange or refund on any item you've purchased from Browed within 14 days from the date you received your parcel.
All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging, and include all parts and accessories.
Please send us a message at orders@browed.com.au if you would like to organise a return.
Once your return is received and approved, we will send you an email and process a refund or store credit.
Refunds may only be processed to the payment method the original transaction was paid with.
The shipping costs associated with the return of an item are the responsibilities of the customer.
All shipping costs paid for your order are non-refundable. In the event you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The new PMU Optima range from Kwadron has a unique system of stabilizing ultra-sharp needles, which ensures their durability and strength. The cartridge housing is made of high quality medical grade plastic, which reduces the friction between the needle and the housing and ensures high work culture. The integrated needle system with the precision tip guarantees the highest standards of safety and hygiene. Each Kwadron PMU Optima cartridge is packaged in sterile, disposable packaging.s compatible with tattoo machines that accept standard twist-to-fit cartridges, including Cheyenne, FK Irons (Spektra Xion, Bellar, etc), Bishop, Equaliser, Scalpa, and many more.
These cartridges are designed to be ultra sharp, and have a unique stabilisation system. The casing is transparent so you can monitor the pigment inside. These cartridges are Long Taper, unless otherwise stated.
