1. Shipping & Tracking
Orders are packed Monday - Friday between 9am-2pm.
Any orders placed before 2pm weekday will be dispatched same day.
Once your order has been finalised you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please keep up to date with your tracking number provided as once your parcel leaves our warehouse, we are unable to track each individual order.
Domestic (AUS):
All domestic parcels are shipped with Australia Post.
Free Express Shipping on all orders over $149 AUD.
International shipping:
All international parcels are shipped with DHL Express.
Free Express International shipping on all orders over $250 AUD
For orders under $250 AUD shipping price may vary depending on the weight of the shipment and country destination.

2. Returns & Refunds
Product Purchases:
We will offer an exchange or refund on any item you've purchased from Browed within 14 days from the date you received your parcel.
All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging, and include all parts and accessories.
Please send us a message at orders@browed.com.au if you would like to organise a return.
Once your return is received and approved, we will send you an email and process a refund or store credit.
Refunds may only be processed to the payment method the original transaction was paid with.
The shipping costs associated with the return of an item are the responsibilities of the customer.
All shipping costs paid for your order are non-refundable. In the event you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The self heating eye masks offer 20 minutes of heat storage.
The disposable, bio-degradable masks are convenient solution to a variety of health and well-being concerns.
Being self heated they are perfect for on the go whenever and wherever you are.
Materials: Non-woven fabric, Needle punched cotton, Iron Powder, Water, Activated Carbon, Lavender scent.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight and high temperature.
How to use:
1. Remove the eye masks from the bag and unfold it (It will start to heat up immediately after it is taken out of the bag) Use immediately after opening.
2. Wear it directly on both ears and place it on the eye area while eyes are closed.
3. The Maximum temperature is lower than 45 degrees, the average temperature is 42 degrees. The temperature can last up to 20-25 minutes.
Cautions:
- If taking eyedrops, please wait for a moment before using this product
- Do not use if you have any eye disease/infection
- If discomfort or redness of eye area occurs, Please stop using and consult a doctor.
- If you feel overheated please stop using.
- If wearing eye contacts please remove before using.
- This product cannot be consumed. If contents are accidentally swallowed you should seek medical advice immediately.
