1. Shipping & Tracking
Orders are packed Monday - Friday between 9am-2pm.
Any orders placed before 2pm weekday will be dispatched same day.
Once your order has been finalised you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please keep up to date with your tracking number provided as once your parcel leaves our warehouse, we are unable to track each individual order.
Domestic (AUS):
All domestic parcels are shipped with Australia Post.
Free Express Shipping on all orders over $149 AUD.
International shipping:
All international parcels are shipped with DHL Express.
Free Express International shipping on all orders over $250 AUD
For orders under $250 AUD shipping price may vary depending on the weight of the shipment and country destination.

2. Returns & Refunds
Product Purchases:
We will offer an exchange or refund on any item you've purchased from Browed within 14 days from the date you received your parcel.
All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging, and include all parts and accessories.
Please send us a message at orders@browed.com.au if you would like to organise a return.
Once your return is received and approved, we will send you an email and process a refund or store credit.
Refunds may only be processed to the payment method the original transaction was paid with.
The shipping costs associated with the return of an item are the responsibilities of the customer.
All shipping costs paid for your order are non-refundable. In the event you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

0.25mm 1RL:
- A lesser stream of pigment to the skin for the most precise needle work, such as when creating an outline.
- Configuration: Single needle round liner, depositing 1 pixel of ink at a time
0.30mm 1RL:
- More pigment flow to the skin for precise needle work, such as when outlining or densely shading the brow or lip.
- Configuration: Single needle round liner, depositing 1 pixel of ink at a time
0.35mm 1RL:
- Maximum pigment flow to the skin for precise needle work, such as when outlining or densely shading the brow or lip.
- Configuration: Single needle round liner, depositing 1 pixel of ink at a time
0.25mm 3RL
- For easy skin entry when lining or shading larger surface areas on thicker skin types.
- Configuration: 3 needles in a tight, circular composition, depositing 3 pixels of ink at a time
0.25mm 3RS:
- More resistant skin entry and softer color, such as when shading sensitive, thinner, or mature skin.
- Configuration: 3 needles in a tight, circular composition, depositing 3 pixels of ink at a time
0.25mm 5RS:
- More resistant skin entry and softer color with a larger configuration, such as when shading sensitive, thinner, or mature skin.
- Configuration: 5 needles in a looser cluster composition, depositing 5 pixels of ink at a time
Top Tips:
- Needle selection is based on personal preference, skin condition and design demands.
- Consider which configuration will cause the least amount of trauma to your client's skin.
- To use: insert, twist and lock into place.
- For optimal pigment flow, adjust the needle hang on your machine to allow the needle to protrude by 2-3 mm.
- If the needle is extended too far, it may not pick up enough color from the tip as the needle retracts.
- If the needle is not extended far enough, you will find it difficult to see the tip and may experience pigment pooling.
- Allow the needle to "draw up" ink into the tip of the cartridge by running the machine and holding the tip in place in your pigment cup.
- Do not to let the needle hit the bottom of the cup, as this may damage the needle tip. Use a pigment sponge to help.
- Work off the tip(s) of the needle without forcing it into the skin. If the needle is resistant to the skin, you may need to change to a smaller or tighter configuration to minimize trauma.
- Maintain a flat surface by gently stretching the skin in small areas at all times to maximize ink deposit and minimize skin trauma.
- Wipe the tip of the needle frequently to remove buildup of ink.
- During tattooing, clean the needle cartridge in sterile water to remove buildup and when changing colors.
- Dispose into a sharps container after use — never reuse a needle once you complete a procedure.
