Product Purchases:
We will offer an exchange or refund on any item you've purchased from Browed within 14 days from the date you received your parcel.
All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original shipped packaging, and include all parts and accessories.

Once your return is received and approved, we will send you an email and process a refund or store credit.
Refunds may only be processed to the payment method the original transaction was paid with.
The shipping costs associated with the return of an item are the responsibilities of the customer.
All shipping costs paid for your order are non-refundable. In the event you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
