Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, payment plans are available through Afterpay, or PayPal pay in 4.
Simply select which option you would like to pay with at checkout.
What is the schedule for the conference?
The full schedule and each speaker topics will be released closer to the date.
Can I interact with the speakers?
Yes! Lash Summit Australia has been designed to be an interactive and social day. There will be opportunity to mingle with anyone and everyone in the room.
If I can no longer attend, can i get a refund?
We totally understand that things come up, and plans can change. To be as accomodating as possible, full refunds will be available if you cancel no later than 30 days before the event. Starting from the 21st of February we won't be able to provide refunds.
Is there accomodation available?
Yes, you can stay at the Rydges Hotel. We were lucky enough to receive a discount (20% off) for any rooms booked using our code. To access your special rates please visit www.rydges.com

Where is parking available?
There is parking available at both locations.
23rd & 24th of March at Rydges Melbourne CBD: There is Secure parking lot at 186 Exhibition St, Melbourne, VIC 3000 (for an average of $45 for a full day - (rates might change)
25th of March at Browed Event Space: Free street parking along Northern Road, and surrounding streets. There is also angled parking available on Korong Road.
Is food and beverage provided?
Yes, each day food and beverages will be provided, please see below for each dates:
23rd of March: Refreshments - Light Snacks, Tea, Coffee & Soft Drinks
24th of March: Tea Break with light refreshments, sit down lunch, cocktail hour and canapés.
25th of March: Refreshments - Light Snacks, Tea, Coffee & Soft Drinks
If I compete in the Lash Summit Championship, can I attend Day 2 or 3?
The championship is an additional fee of $99, you can purchase your ticket to Lash Summit Australia or the VIP ticket seperately.
Can I attend the Lash Summit Championship if i'm not competing?
Yes! We invite anyone & everyone who would like to watch the Lash Summit 2025 Championship to cheer on and support the participants! If you are a participant, please feel free to bring along your bestie!
